You may use Pegasus only on devices, accounts or systems that you own or are lawfully authorized to inspect, repair, configure or service. If you work for a repair business or serve a customer, you are responsible for obtaining any authorization required for the requested work.

You may not use Pegasus to:

• service a stolen, unlawfully obtained or knowingly misappropriated device;
• gain access to another person’s account, data or device without authorization;
• facilitate fraud, theft, extortion, impersonation, privacy abuse or other unlawful conduct;
• defeat security or ownership controls where doing so is unlawful or outside the authorization granted by the owner;
• alter identifiers, network status or device records in violation of applicable law, carrier rules or your authorization;
• attack, probe, disrupt or bypass Pegasus licensing, payment, account or infrastructure controls;
• resell access or operate a shared-account service contrary to the purchased plan.

Device servicing can change software, security settings, network configuration or stored data. Back up data where appropriate, verify the exact model and service, follow the instructions presented by Pegasus, and make sure the customer understands any material effect of the requested work.

You are responsible for complying with laws and professional obligations applicable to your work. Pegasus may request reasonable information about suspicious activity or authorization when needed to investigate fraud, security risk or a potential violation of this policy.

We may restrict or suspend use when reasonably necessary to investigate or stop prohibited activity, protect users or infrastructure, comply with law, or enforce the Terms of Service. Serious or repeated violations may result in account termination.
