By creating an account, purchasing or using a Pegasus Tools product or service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and any terms presented with a specific order, plan, trial, promotion or service. If you use Pegasus on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping sign-in credentials secure, and for activity performed through your account. You must promptly notify Pegasus Tools if you believe an account has been compromised. Access may be limited by the plan, term, device, user, usage allowance or other conditions shown when you purchase or activate the service.

Subject to these Terms and your active entitlement, Pegasus Tools grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pegasus software for lawful professional or personal device-service work. Commercial use by technicians, repair businesses and other authorized service providers is permitted when consistent with your plan and the Authorized Use Policy.

You may not resell, sublicense, copy, redistribute, bypass licensing or access controls, or reverse engineer the software except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law or expressly permitted in writing.

You may use Pegasus only on devices and accounts you own or are authorized to service, and only for purposes permitted by applicable law. You may not use Pegasus to facilitate theft, fraud, unauthorized access, unlawful circumvention, privacy abuse, or other harmful activity. The Authorized Use Policy forms part of these Terms.

Plans may include subscription access, usage allowances, wallet or service credits, add-ons, trials or promotional benefits. The current checkout or account screen controls the commercial details of a purchase, including price, billing period, included allowance and any offer applied. Device, model and service support can change as software, security versions, carriers and supported workflows evolve.

A listed device or service does not guarantee a successful outcome in every physical, software or network condition. Always verify the exact model and requirements shown in Pegasus before beginning work.

You authorize the selected payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout. Where checkout identifies a plan as recurring, the subscription may renew for the stated billing period until cancelled. Taxes, payment-provider fees or currency conversion may apply where disclosed or required.

Promotions, trials and discounts may have separate eligibility, duration or redemption conditions shown with the offer. They cannot be combined or converted to cash unless expressly stated.

You can cancel an eligible recurring subscription through the available account controls or support channel. Unless the order states otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues through the already-paid period. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

Payments may be completed through independent payment providers. Their services, security checks, networks and payment credentials are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Pegasus Tools receives the transaction information needed to confirm, reconcile and fulfil your order, but the payment provider remains responsible for processing the payment instrument it controls.

We may update the website, desktop software, service catalog, supported devices, features, security requirements and infrastructure to improve reliability, safety or product capability. We may also discontinue a feature or service where reasonably necessary. When a material change affects an active paid service, we will provide notice where required by applicable law or the applicable agreement.

Pegasus Tools, its software, website, branding, interfaces, documentation and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pegasus services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every service will succeed for every device state, software build, carrier configuration or third-party environment. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pegasus Tools will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of the service, including loss of profits, business opportunity or data. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate fraud or abuse, respond to security risk, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address an unpaid obligation. Where appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to resolve the issue before permanent termination.

We may revise these Terms as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated when required, and continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are subject to applicable law and any mandatory rights that apply to you. Where an order, invoice, reseller agreement or other written Pegasus agreement identifies a governing law or forum, that written agreement controls for that transaction to the extent permitted by law.
