Depending on how you use Pegasus, we may process:

• Account information, such as name, email address, profile details and account identifiers.
• Subscription and transaction information, such as the product or plan purchased, amount, currency, promotion, payment status, provider reference and billing history.
• Product and service activity, such as service usage, entitlement checks, device or workflow information needed to determine support, technical logs, application version and security events generated while providing or protecting the service.
• Support and communication information, including messages, contact requests and information you provide when asking for help.
• Website and device information, such as IP address, browser or device type, request metadata, cookies or local storage used for authentication, security and preferences.

Payment credentials such as full card or wallet secrets are processed by the payment provider that handles the selected payment method. Pegasus Tools may receive transaction status, provider identifiers, amounts and other records needed to confirm and reconcile payment and provide access. We do not need your full payment credentials to operate your Pegasus account.

We use information to create and secure accounts; provide subscriptions and services; check entitlement and device support; process and reconcile orders; prevent abuse and fraud; troubleshoot problems; respond to support requests; maintain product reliability; communicate service or account changes; comply with legal obligations; and improve Pegasus.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help host, authenticate, protect, communicate, process payments or operate Pegasus; with professional advisers where appropriate; in connection with a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards; or when required to comply with law, protect rights, investigate fraud or address security risk.

Payment providers process the payment method under their own privacy terms.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and satisfy legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods may differ by record type. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including controlled access, authenticated account flows and security monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should also protect your account credentials and enable available account-security features.

Pegasus may use cookies, browser storage or similar technologies that are necessary for sign-in, session security, user preferences and reliable website operation. Additional analytics or optional technologies, if enabled, should be disclosed through the relevant notice or consent control where required.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of certain personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Pegasus and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards should apply to international transfers.

Pegasus is a professional device-service product and is not directed to children. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are below the minimum age required to enter into the applicable service agreement in your location.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Pegasus, our service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated when required.
