Getting started

The product, the download and your first job.

What can I do with Pegasus?

Pegasus is a Windows application for professional phone servicing. It brings automatic device detection, Pega AI assistance, native platform engines, SimLock and security tools, firmware flashing, partition operations and cloud backups into one workspace.

The website helps you download the application, review supported models and manage your account. The servicing work takes place in the Pegasus desktop application.

Where do I download Pegasus, and how do I install it?

Use the Download page for the Pegasus Windows installer archive.

  1. Download and extract the archive.
  2. Open Installer.exe and follow the installation steps.
  3. Open Pegasus and sign in with your Pegasus account.
Can I run Pegasus on macOS or Linux?

The installer currently provided on this website is for Windows. Do not use it as a macOS or Linux installer. If you need help checking your Windows setup before installing, send your Windows version and the installation issue to support.

Does downloading Pegasus give me paid access?

Downloading or installing Pegasus does not activate a paid plan or start a trial. Sign in to your account, then activate an available trial or choose a plan. Your current product access and usage limits appear in your account.

Which device platforms does Pegasus work with?

Pegasus brings MediaTek, Qualcomm, Unisoc and HiSilicon engines into one application. A platform name alone does not tell you which operations are available for a particular phone. Check the exact model and the requirements for the service you want to perform.

Where can I see new features and supported devices?

The Updates page lists published software and support changes. Use Models to check current device support, and Features to explore what the application offers. Check the exact operation in Pegasus before starting a job, even when a model has been listed previously.

Free trial

How to get it, when it starts and what happens next.

How do I get the free trial?

When a trial offer is available, start from Start free trial on the home page. Creating an account is a separate step from activating the trial.

  1. Select Start free trial on the home page.
  2. Create your account, or sign in if you already have one. Complete email verification if requested.
  3. Return to the home page and review the trial dialog, including its duration and included access.
  4. Choose Start now to activate the trial. You will then be taken to Account → Billing.
Does my trial start as soon as I register?

No. Registration, email verification and downloading the application do not start the trial. It starts when you choose Start now in the trial dialog and activation succeeds. Review the offer before making that choice.

What happens if I choose Remind me later?

Your trial is not activated. Pegasus saves that choice for your account in the current browser and shows the same trial dialog on a later home-page visit while you remain eligible.

This is a reminder on the website. It does not schedule an email reminder, and clearing browser storage or changing browsers can change whether that saved reminder is available.

Why can’t I see Start free trial on my account?

A trial needs both an available offer and an eligible account. An existing trial or active product can change what the home page shows. Sign in with the account you want to use, then check Billing for your current access.

If no trial offer is shown, do not assume that every new account receives one. Contact support if your account state looks wrong.

How long is the trial, and what does it include?

The trial dialog shows the duration and included access for the offer available to your account. These details can vary by offer, so use that dialog rather than assuming a fixed number of days or unlimited operations.

After activation, Billing shows the access period and Usage shows your included limits and remaining capacity.

What do I do when my trial ends?

Check Billing for the end of your trial access and compare the current plans if you want to continue using paid features. Choose a plan and review its price, billing period and limits at checkout. Trial access does not mean that a paid plan has already been purchased.

Account & sign-in

Registration, verification and keeping access secure.

How do I create an account and sign in to the application?

Create an account using Sign up and complete any verification steps shown. Use that same Pegasus account when signing in to the Windows application. If you are registering for a trial, begin with Start free trial on the home page so you can return to the trial dialog after registration.

My verification email has not arrived. What should I do?

Check that the email address you entered is correct, then check spam and junk folders. Use the resend option on the verification screen when it becomes available, and follow the instructions in the latest message.

If verification still fails, contact support with your account email and the message shown on screen. Keep verification codes private.

How do I reset a forgotten password?

Open Forgot password, enter the email address registered to your account and follow the reset instructions sent to you. Check spam if the message is missing. After saving the new password, return to Sign in. Support does not need your old or new password.

What if I cannot use my two-factor authentication code?

Use the authenticator linked to your account or one of your saved recovery codes on the sign-in screen. If you cannot access either, contact support for an account-access review. Do not send authenticator setup secrets, one-time codes or recovery codes in a support message.

Where do I manage account security and signed-in sessions?

Open Account → Security to review the security options available for your account. Sessions lets you review signed-in sessions. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, reset your password, review your sessions and contact support.

Can I share my account or use it for a repair business?

Pegasus supports authorized professional servicing, subject to your plan. You remain responsible for activity through your account, and access can be limited by user, device and usage conditions. Do not assume one account includes unlimited users or computers.

For business access, ask Pegasus about the right arrangement before sharing credentials or purchasing for a team.

Plans & payments

Choosing access, confirming payments and managing capacity.

How do I choose the right plan?

Compare the access and package capacity shown on Pricing against the operations you expect to perform. Check monthly and yearly options where offered, then review the exact product, billing period, included limits and final total at checkout.

If your workload does not fit a listed plan, contact the team for help choosing business access.

What is the difference between a plan, wallet credit and an add-on?

A plan provides the product access and package limits shown for that plan. Wallet credit can pay for plans, add-ons and supported operations. An add-on provides the extra capacity or allowance described on its purchase screen.

Adding wallet credit does not automatically purchase a plan or increase a package limit. After funding your wallet, review and confirm your purchase. Check Usage and the available add-ons before buying extra capacity.

Which payment methods can I use?

Use the payment methods currently offered at checkout for your order. Availability can differ by purchase and provider. Review the final amount and any instructions for the selected method before confirming payment.

I paid, but my access or wallet balance has not updated. What now?

Pegasus grants access or wallet value after the payment is confirmed. Returning from a payment provider does not by itself mean the payment has been confirmed.

  1. Open Billing → Payment history and check the existing order’s status.
  2. If the order is still open, use its available continuation option rather than creating another purchase.
  3. If payment was taken but access is missing, contact support with your account email, order reference, payment method and payment time.
What should I check before sending a crypto payment?

Use the exact currency, network, address and amount shown for that order. Follow its expiry and confirmation instructions. A different network or currency is not interchangeable, even if the token name looks similar.

If you sent the wrong amount or used the wrong network, contact support with the order reference and transaction details. Do not send another payment to fix it without checking the existing order first.

Where do I see my remaining operations and package limits?

Account → Usage shows the limits and remaining capacity available for your current product, along with any specific operation allowances exposed by that product. Usage history shows recorded service activity.

Before adding capacity, check which allowance is being used. A wallet balance, package limit and operation allowance are separate values.

Can I change my plan or stop its next renewal?

Use Change product from Billing to review another product. If a change is scheduled, Billing shows its status, effective date and any payment still required. Review those details before expecting the new limits to take effect.

For an eligible paid subscription, Cancel schedules cancellation at the end of the current access period. Review the account’s renewal state and the terms shown for your purchase. Add-ons have their own management controls.

How do I ask for a refund or report a duplicate charge?

Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy, then send a request through Contact with your account email, order or transaction reference, purchase date and a short description. Refund eligibility depends on that policy, the purchase terms and applicable rights.

Report a duplicate charge, an incorrect total or paid access that was not provisioned. A failed device operation does not automatically establish refund eligibility; include the operation details so the team can review the case.

Devices & servicing

Support, connection requirements and working with confidence.

How do I check whether my exact phone and service are supported?

Search Models using the exact model number, not just the retail name. Open the matching device and review its available features and requirements. Manufacturer and service filters help narrow the results.

Support depends on the model and the operation, and can also depend on software, security version, connection mode or carrier state. Check the requirements shown in Pegasus before starting work.

My model is missing from the catalog. Can I still use Pegasus?

A missing search result does not confirm support. Check the exact model number and try the relevant manufacturer or service filter. If it is still missing, send support the model, requested operation and software details before buying access for that job or trying an unlisted operation.

What does Auto Mode do?

Auto Mode detects the device connection, reads device information and brings available operations into the Pegasus workspace. It helps you reach the appropriate tools more quickly.

Review the detected device and each operation’s requirements. Detection alone does not mean every service is available or that an operation has already been performed.

How does Pega AI help with a servicing job?

Pega AI can help read device information, find available operations, consult guides and prepare the next step for your confirmation. Review the proposed action and device requirements before confirming it.

Use it to assist your workflow, while keeping control of the servicing decisions and the customer’s authorization.

Why does one operation need a different connection mode?

Operations can require different device states or connection methods. Follow the requirements shown for the exact service and platform rather than assuming that a phone detected in one mode can run every operation.

If you are unsure which mode to use, stop before running the operation and send support the model, operation name and connection information shown in Pegasus.

Can servicing, flashing or erasing remove customer data?

Some operations write, erase or reset device data. Read the operation’s instructions and warnings before starting, confirm that the customer has authorized the work, and back up important data where possible.

A model being supported does not mean an operation preserves all data. Do not proceed when you are uncertain about the effect of the selected operation.

What should I know about Pegasus Cloud backups?

Pegasus includes cloud-backup workflows that save device backup data to Pegasus Cloud from the application. Check the backup result and confirm which data was saved before relying on that copy or starting an operation that can erase or overwrite data.

If you need to confirm storage availability, retention or recovery for a particular workflow, ask support with the Pegasus version and backup details. Do not assume unlimited storage or that every device operation produces a full-device backup.

Troubleshooting & support

What to try, what to share and where to get a person’s help.

The installer will not open or installation fails. What should I send?

Make sure the downloaded archive has been extracted before opening Installer.exe. If installation still fails, note the exact step and message rather than repeating the installation without knowing what failed.

Send support your Windows version, the installer filename and a screenshot or text of the error. Keep account passwords and customer data out of the report.

Pegasus is not detecting my phone. What should I check?

Check the cable and connection, then confirm that the phone is in the mode required by the selected operation. Review the model’s requirements and the setup guide before retrying.

If the phone still is not detected, send the exact model, connection mode, Pegasus version and any device or port information shown by the application. Include what you have already tried.

A servicing operation failed. Should I immediately run it again?

First review the error and current device state. Check the model, connection and service requirements before deciding whether to retry. Do not switch to another write, erase or flash operation simply to see whether it works.

If the reason is unclear, send support the exact model, operation name, error, Pegasus version and the step at which it stopped. For a usage or billing concern, include the relevant activity or order reference.

A page or catalog is not loading. What should I do?

Check your connection and use the page’s retry option if one is shown. If the catalog is unavailable, try again later or ask support about the exact model and feature; an unavailable result is not proof that the device is unsupported.

For account or payment pages, keep the existing order reference and check payment history before submitting another purchase. If the issue persists, share the page, time and message with support.

How do I contact support and get a useful answer faster?

Use Contact and describe the outcome you were trying to achieve, the step that failed and what you have already tried.

  1. For device work: include the exact model, requested operation, connection mode, Pegasus version and error message.
  2. For account access: include the account email and the action or message shown.
  3. For payments: include the account email, order or transaction reference, payment method and payment time.
What information should I keep out of a support request?

Never send passwords, one-time verification codes, authenticator setup secrets, recovery codes, full card details, private keys or recovery phrases. Remove unrelated customer data from screenshots and logs.

For privacy requests, use Contact and describe what you need. The Privacy Policy explains the account, transaction and service information Pegasus processes.

How do I become a reseller or discuss business access?

Use Become a reseller to submit a partner application. For business access or a workload beyond the listed retail plans, contact Pegasus with your requirements so the team can review the appropriate arrangement.
