You may cancel an eligible recurring subscription using the controls available in your Pegasus account or by contacting support. Unless the purchase screen or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and does not immediately remove access you already paid for; access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.

Pegasus subscriptions, service credits and add-ons are digital products that can be provisioned or consumed immediately. As a result, purchases are generally not refundable after the purchased access, credits or service value has been provisioned or used, except where required by applicable law or where the applicable checkout terms expressly provide a different right.

Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, payment was captured but the purchased access was not provisioned, the final charge materially differed from the confirmed checkout total, or a payment was not authorized by you. We may request transaction details and account verification before deciding the request.

A device-service operation can fail for reasons outside Pegasus control, including device condition, software or security version, connectivity, carrier state or third-party changes. A failed operation does not automatically create a cash-refund right. Where Pegasus uses a service-credit, reservation or usage-reversal mechanism, the applicable product logic or account record determines whether that usage value is restored.

Promotional discounts, bonus value and trial access have no cash value unless expressly stated. Eligibility and expiry are governed by the terms shown with the promotion or trial. Unused bonus or promotional value is not refundable. Purchased wallet or service credits are subject to the digital-access rule above and any mandatory local rights.

Some payment methods may involve provider, bank, blockchain or network fees that Pegasus does not control. Fees already charged by third parties may not be recoverable even when Pegasus approves a refund. Approved refunds are returned through a supported method after the necessary transaction and account checks.

Use the contact page and include the Pegasus account, order or transaction reference, purchase date and a short description of the issue. Do not send card passwords, private keys, recovery phrases or other payment secrets.

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
