Backup and Restore Device Data

Types of Backups

Full Backup

Includes all partitions and data

EFS/NV Backup

Critical for IMEI - always backup before any operation!

Selective Backup

Choose specific partitions

Creating a Backup

  1. Connect device to Pegasus Tool
  2. Go to Backup tab
  3. Select backup type
  4. Choose destination folder
  5. Click Start Backup

Restoring a Backup

  1. Connect device
  2. Go to Restore tab
  3. Browse to backup file
  4. Select what to restore
  5. Click Start Restore

Important Tips

  • Store backups on external drive
  • Label backups clearly
  • Test restore before major operations
