Download and open Pegasus

  1. Open the Download page and download the Windows installer archive.
  2. Extract the archive and open Installer.exe. Follow the installer instructions.
  3. Open Pegasus and sign in with your account. If you need an account, use Create account.

Open your servicing workspace

Connect the phone and let Auto Mode identify it. Explore the available servicing tools, firmware workflows and Pega AI assistance. Follow the connection and operation instructions displayed in Pegasus.

Choose access for your work

If a free trial is available, select Start free trial on the home page, then create an account or sign in. Complete email verification if requested. You will return to the home page, where a dialog shows your eligible trial duration and included access.

Choose Start now to activate your free trial and open Billing. Choose Remind me later to see the same dialog on a later visit to the home page in this browser, while your account remains eligible. Your trial starts only after you choose to activate it. Once activated, billing shows the trial expiry and a link to download Pegasus. Sign in to the application with the same account.

If the trial is unavailable, review Pricing for available plans and package limits. Downloading the installer does not by itself activate a paid subscription.

Prepare the job

Only service devices you own or are authorized to work on. Back up customer data where possible and follow the instructions in Pegasus for the selected feature.

If installation fails

Record the error message and the step where it appears. Contact support with those details and your Windows version. Do not send account passwords or verification codes.
