A more consistent starting point for device workA more consistent starting point for device work
Pegasus Tools 5.9 focuses on device detection and operation selection in Auto Mode. The improvements bring the detected device information, connection state and service requirements into a more consistent experience before you begin an operation.
ImprovedImproved
- Device identification in Auto Mode. Pegasus makes better use of the available device information when identifying the connection and preparing the relevant choices.
- Operation matching. The detected connection is coordinated more consistently with the requirements of the selected operation, helping you understand which service path applies.
- Connection-state feedback. Changes in the detected device state are handled more consistently while you are choosing or preparing an operation.
FixedFixed
- Requests that require a newer Pegasus version. When a service requires a newer application, the tool handles that requirement more clearly so you know to update before retrying.
- Closing the application after device work. Follow-up cleanup improves how the application finishes its active device-related work when closing.
When this update mattersWhen this update matters
The changes are most relevant when using Auto Mode to begin a service or when checking which operation is available for a connected phone. They refine detection and selection within the existing supported workflows.
